Project Overview
Our group was tasked with doing a complete design overhaul for the system used by employees of the Louisiana Construction and Industry Self Insurers Fund. More specifically, we were focused on system more efficient to use by the underwriters of LCI. We were able to interview current employees on things that they liked and did not like about the current system and had 2 weeks to come up with a final design.
My Contributions
I acted as the team facilitator for this project. I compiled questions the team had about the task at hand, then took and organized notes taken from interview sessions with LCI employees. I also came up with the concept of using a card grid layout for better organization of important information.
My final responsibility was creating and designing the case study below.
